User personal data (hereafter referred to as "Data") are treated by the owner of this website, Montaguti Gaetano srl - Via dell'Intagliatore, 3 - 40138 Bologna (BO), Italy - ph. +39051534855 (hereafter referred to as "the Company") for the sole purpose of performing operations inherent to the services requested by the User, such as but not limited to: information requests, quotation requests, purchase of goods and/or services, shipping to User indicated destination, item reservations, exchange of documents.
In this case, the legal basis for the processing is the execution of an agreement between the User and the Company.

Moreover, the Data may be processed, provided explicit consent was given by the User, to send marketing communications via e-mail or SMS concerning services offered by the Company. In this case, the legal basis for the processing is the User's explicit consent to the processing of the Data.

Data processing will occur through electronic means; the Data will be made available to authorized third parties (hereafter referred to as "Independent Controllers") contracted by the Company, within or outside the EU, who meet the expected security standards and whose services are part of the service the Company provides to the User. The list of Independent Controllers shall be made available upon request, and the provided services may include, but are not limited to, software development, website management, freight forwarders.

Furthermore, the Data might be anonymously processed for statistical analysis purposes, as better specified in the cookie policy.

In order to have their Data modified or removed from the systems providing the service, the User can send a request via e-mail at the address info@montagutiresistenze.it.

The information sent might be forwarded to a third party acting as an Independent Controller, supporting the Company in the execution of said request.
In the event of User Data removal request, the Company informs the User that it may not be able continue providing the User with the requested service.

Finally, the Company informs the User that should They believe their rights have been violated, the User can open a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
